Steps to Lead a STEP Group
- Partner with a co-facilitator and set dates & times for your group.
- Complete Pre-Group Report at least 3 weeks prior to the starting date
- Market your group & register participants.
- Review & prepare using the curriculum & training tools.
- Send an online meeting link & introduction email to your participants at least one week before the start
- At the start of your first group have participants complete the pre-survey.
- Lead your Six Module STEP Group sending out handouts and practice sheets prior to each meeting. Record attendance at each group.
- After the sixth and last STEP module, send out the participant post-feedback survey.
- Complete the STEP Group After Report.
- Encourage others to participate in or lead a STEP group!
