Ryan Oelrich is the Executive Director of Priority Spokane, a nationally recognized collective impact organization working to identify and address priorities for Spokane County. He’s started three nonprofit organizations focused on youth and children and founded an award-winning project in 2015, Spokane Sidewalk Games, which brings diverse populations together through play while employing and supporting youth facing homelessness. Over 120,000 individuals have participated in the project to date.
Ryan is a highly regarded mental health trainer having trained over 2,300 mental health professionals since 2008 and shares his work and stories at conferences nationally and internationally. He gave a TEDx talk on the importance of nonprofit collaboration and coordination in January of 2019 and another in October of 2019 on cultivating community. He is a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Culture of Health Fellow and has an MA in Leadership and an MBA. Ryan was awarded the Peirone Prize for service in 2016 and has received congressional recognition for his work on poverty and homelessness issues.
